Every new organization starts with a 30-day free trial on the Basic plan ($0 for your first 30 days; valid credit or debit card required). If you do not cancel before day 30, your subscription automatically continues at $49/month.

How does the monthly price relate to giving fees?

Your plan is a flat monthly subscription ($49/month on Basic, $99/month on Advanced, and $300/month on Premium) with unlimited donations on every tier. Separately, a small platform percentage is applied to donations processed through MyFundCenter (0.5% on Basic, 0.25% on Advanced, and 0% on Premium) — and donors can optionally cover fees at checkout.

Where do our donations go? Does MyFundCenter hold our funds?

Never. Every dollar donated through your giving pages, fundraisers, or recurring schedules settles directly into your organization’s connected bank account via Stripe, Clover, or Square.

Can we change tiers or cancel later?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts or setup fees. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
